Bob Chinn's Loyalty Program is an exclusive program for individual customers. Each dollar spent is converted to one point (excluding tax & tip). Points are earned from January 1st-December 31st of the calendar year. Points are earned on food, beverage, merchandise and gift card purchases. 

The cost of the card is $25, which will be credited back to your card in the form of a 357 point bonus after the third time the card is used at the restaurant. For every 300 points, an automatic monetary reward of $21 is added to your account. Just fill out the form below and pick your card up on your next visit to the restaurant!  

Accumulated points carry over from year-to-year and monetary rewards do not expire. The redemption of monetary rewards is valid on purchases of food, beverage and merchandise. However, they are not valid on Saturdays or the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Monetary rewards are not valid with other offers, discounts and certain promotions.

Only the person paying the bill will be credited with points for purchases. Must present loyalty card or online loyalty account to receive points or redeem value.

Bob Chinn's Crab House reserves the right to make changes in the rules, cancel or audit your account or terminate the loyalty program ar any time and without advance notice. Card members must be 18 years or age or older. Employees of Bob Chinn's Crab House are not eligible to participate in the program.
